All orders are subject to a delivery charge. At present our base delivery charge is R99.00 for delivery across South Africa.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, the Amplify mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the “Site”). Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange within 7 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail to our store.
All returned items for exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if the purchase was made online. All In-store purchase Returns for exchanges must have the original receipt. Must present the Invoice Order for All online purchase Returns.
FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE PACKING SLIP OR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
RETURNS for exchanges OF ONLINE PURCHASES MADE USING PAYPAL & AFTERPAY
You must present your packing slip or confirmation email (which includes the Invoice Barcode). At this time, all store returns of online purchases using PayPal & Afterpay is valid for exchanges only.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
